I have been owned by Peanut for 6 years now! I can't believe it. She has been with me through thick and thin, I love her so much! She'll be getting spoiled rotten today and getting lots of treats. It breaks my heart that she is not very well. She is fighting a recurrent sinus infection that is not responding to antibiotics. But she is a little trooper and is not giving up yet!

Congrats on your 6 years of bunny slave-dom! We'll be thinking good thoughts for Peanut's recovery so you can have lots more.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on surviving and sending healing vibes for Peanut, get better soon the world still needs to be conquered.
ReplyDeletewhat antibotic are you on?
ReplyDeleteI had a bunny got a mosquito bite-in trying to `it' ended tearing out becoming bloody within the hr septic. I forced the hospital to put him on IV tho they said he would not survive... he made it thru the night. But had a long recovery. I had to watch him & nurse him for years beacause he was going to always be `fragile'. I found a vet that was great-All I needed was to dose him with : Albion. that was my miracle with medicine and I tried a lot,I do not know why this worked bubt it over came life threating bunny ills-snufles etc.
I used it for snuffles when, kept using q-tips to lightly keep the nose clear several times a day or as often as I noticed it was congested. I even used an infant nose bulb to keep bunny nose clear. I have had bunnys for most of my life-and spared no expense,so I am just saying what I know from my exerience. Every bunny is different-climate-breed.The photo she looks good no congestion? I just think that bunny people should brainstorm & share. SOmetimes a change in antibotics just like in people might be needed? blessings to you & your Peanut you will both be in my prayers
Aww Happy Bunniversary!!! And feel better peanut!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Bunniversary Peanut and Melissa!
